Bálsamo Cachaça

Bálsamo is a Brazilian wood normally used in the north of Minas Gerais and is now spreading to other states in Brazil.

It gives the cachaça very striking notes, it is a very refreshing cachaça that evokes notes such as anise with herbaceous nuances.
